We guarantee that our jewelry is authentic and genuine.

All jewelry purchased directly from Lo Spazio and not from our stockist, ITALIST.COM is covered by warranty for 14-days against manufacturing defects (based upon our inspection). All jewelry is genuine and authentic. It is made from 18K white gold , 18K yellow gold or platinum. All weights, and sizes and other item specifications listed on the website are approximate unless otherwise noted. In case of a manufacturing defect, we will exchange the item for a new one within 90 days of the purchase. Third party repair or any modification of the item voids the warranty. Examples of manufacturing defects would be the following: a broken lobster claws, or a chain with an open link. Obvious damage to the chain such as pulling and ripping is not a manufacturing defect and will not be covered. WE DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF WRITTEN OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF THIS ITEM, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
